Toni Burkard is the Business Enablement Lead for Pfizer CentreOne. Toni oversees Proposal and SOW generation, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and the Technical and Regulatory Support team, while supporting operational efficiency and streamlining business processes. Toni is a passionate sales leader, with a strong background in business and marketing, an operates as a strategic partner who enables functional communication and internal team culture building.
With over 18 years of invaluable experience at Pfizer, Toni has honed her skills in various domains, including communications, business strategy, sales, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and product launches. Her remarkable achievements have been recognized through multiple sales awards, including three Premier Awards, as well as the prestigious Pfizer Ring, an honor bestowed upon the top 2% of the sales force. Toni has a fervent dedication to people development and cultivating a cohesive team culture, as well as advancing Pfizer's mission of simplification.
Toni holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
