Robert Rathmann

Rob Rathmann is the Business Operations Lead for Pfizer CentreOne. He manages activities across the PC1 teams to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned data, metrics, and LE’s across the PC1 portfolio. His team serves as a primary connection point between PC1, finance, and PGS Operations teams. In collaboration with these teams, he manages the monthly planning cycle, metrics, and S&OP. 

Rob started his career with Abbott Laboratories in 2004, holding positions in aseptic manufacturing, logistics, supply planning, and project management, all supporting some part of the contract manufacturing business. He joined Pfizer in 2015 and has held several roles in Global Supply Chain. During his time at Pfizer, he has served as SMO for several key integrations including Hospira, Pfizer CentreOne, Consumer GSK, and Upjohn/Viatris. 
 

He graduated from Concordia University with a BS in Operations Management and earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University.
